	TUAN A. LAM is our Principle and Managing Partner. Mr. Lam graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1997 where he served on the Moot Court Board. During his tenure on the Board, his duties included advising, evaluating and judging first and second year law students in Moot Court, Appellate Advocacy, legal research, writing and oral argument. As a member of the California Bar since 1997, Mr. Lam has worked at one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the state and then as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney. Wanting to have greater control over the management and direction of client files and to develop more personal relationships with his clients, Mr. Lam established LAM, THOMPSON & PARK in 2001. This dynamic leader has personally and successfully defended multi-million dollar litigations against corporate giants such as Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto and Portal Software in Silicon Valley, California. In his personal injury practice, Mr. Lam vigorously represents victims who have been hurt in a variety of accidents. Mr. Lam specializes in serious head and back injuries. Mr. Lam's international clientele include individuals and corporations from Asia and Europe. He serves as general counsel for Progene and several other prestigious corporate clients. As part of his community outreach efforts, Mr. Lam has worked with abused and neglected children living in a group home environment at Olive Crest Treatment Centers. He has taught continuation high school in inner city Oakland, California. Currently, he is a volunteer teacher and serves as general counsel to a non-profit Vietnamese foreign language school in Orange County, California.
	MIWA A. ARAI has been admitted to the California Bar since December 1995. Since graduating from the prestigious University of Notre Dame Law School, Ms. Arai has devoted most all of her time to the practice of immigration and family law. She is well versed in both family-based and employment-based immigration law and specializes in obtaining labor certifications and other employment-based visas. Having successfully obtained lawful permanent residence for innumerable clients, Ms. Arai decided to branch out in 1999 to address the family law needs of the community. Since that time, she has successfully obtained child custody, child support, permanent retraining orders, dissolutions of marriage and annulments. We have been proud to have her as a member of our firm since 2003.
	DARYL B. THOMPSON is an expert in DUI defense. He has been successfully defending DUI cases in Southern California for almost 30 years. Since 1976, Mr. Thompson has been successfully defending men and women charged with DUI. In addition to his active participation in the National College for DUI Defense, and the California DUI Lawyer Association, Mr. Thompson is certified by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA), not only to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST's), but he is a Certified Instructor. 	LESLIE A. ZATYKO is the Manager of our Personal Injury Department. Ms. Zatyko graduated from Western State University, College of Law in 1999 where she served on numerous committies and started several campus organizations, including the oral advocacy and meditation clubs. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Zatyko ran a family owned, multi-million dollar international data communications company for 15 years. When the company closed, she went back to school and earned a degree in Deaf Studies. After graduation, she assisted in coordinating an international deaf-blind convention on the California State University, Northridge campus. Following the 1994 Northridge earthquake, Ms. Zatyko helped run the FEMA Funded Earthquake Crisis Counseling program for all of Los Angeles County. Since joining the LTP Team, Ms. Zatyko has assisted in bringing thousands of Personal Injury cases to successful resolution. She is currently studying for the California Bar Exam and serves as Mr. Lam's business litigation assistant.
